Coconut Red Chilli Chutney

Spice up your meal with this chutney

Ingredients

  • Coconut - 1/2 shredded
  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Red dry chilli - 4 nos
  • Garlic - 4 nos
  • Water - 5 tbsp
  • Salt - 1tsp or as per your taste

Instructions

  1. Grind all the above ingredients (except garlic) in to a medium coarse paste in a grinder
  2. If required add little more water to get desired consistency
  3. Finally add garlic and grind again
  4. Transfer to a plate and enjoy with rice or dosa
