Ingredients

  • Egg - 3 nos boiled & make half lengthwise
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Cloves - 4 nos
  • Cinnamon - 1"piece - 2
  • Cardamom - 2 nos
  • Onion - 2 large thinly sliced
  • Ginger - 1" piece crushed
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp chopped
  • Green chilli - 5 chopped
  • Curry leaves - 2 stems
  • Salt - 1tsp or to taste
  • Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  • Thick coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a sauce pan over medium heat , add cloves, cinnamon and cardamom
  2. Wait for few seconds , then add onion and saute till its transparent
  3. Add ginger, garlic, green chilli and curry leaves
  4. Saute for 1 minute, then add salt, pepper powder and thick coconut milk
  5. Bring heat to medium - low and cook for 1 min
  6. Add boiled egg, garam masala powder and 1 stem curry leaves at the end,
  7. Switch off the stove
  8. Enjoy with chapathi or any roti
