Salmon Fish Fry

Salmon Fish Fry - Best one for fish lovers

Ingredients

  • Salmon - 1/4 kg [you can use any other fish ]
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil - for shallow fry or 5 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut salmon into medium pieces
  2. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients together
  3. Add 1 tbsp of water and marinate the salmon for 15 minutes or so
  4. Then heat oil in a pan over medium heat and place the fish one by one
  5. Fry 5 minutes over medium heat, then 10 minutes in low- medium flame or it tender
  6. Flip the fish half way through and transfer to a plate
  7. Decorate with raw onion
  8. Serve hot with rice, Enjoy
