Ingredients

  • Shrimp -1 lb
  • Chilli powder - 2 tbsp (or to your tolerence level)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste or 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Oil for fry - 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the shrimp well
  2. In a bowl combine shrimp, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder
  3. Add garam masala powder,ginger paste, garlic paste, salt and curry leaves
  4. Set aside for 15 minutes
  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry shrimp about 5 minutes over medium heat
  6. Then another 5 to 7 minutes in low heat, flip the shrimps half way through & saute in between
  7. Remove from the oil and serve hot with rice or roti
