Coleslaw Pasta Salad

A healthy and nutritious salad


  • Cabbage (shredded) - half of a medium sized
  • Carrot (shredded)- 1
  • Green Chilli - 1 nos chopped small bits
  • Onion (chopped really small) - 2 Tbs
  • Mayonnaise - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Vinegar - 1 Tbs
  • Lemon Juice - 1Tbs
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp (to taste)
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) - 1 tsp


  1. In a large bowl, add vegetables and mix it with hand or spoon
    Dressing Preparation:
  1. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper powder and coriander leaves well
  2. Put this mixture into former large bowl and mix well with spatula or hand. Be careful when mixing with hand because there is chili and pepper powder in the mix
  3. Place the contents in an air tight container and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hr.
  4. Mix coleslaw well before serving. Enjoy your coleslaw salad
