Onion Pakora or Ullivada

Onion Pakora is one of the quick and easy snacks prepared in Kerala homes. It can be prepared using common household ingredients and is a mouth-watering snack. I love the smell  of Ullivada when frying in oil. Most people prefer it spicy but it can be adjusted by the number of green chillies used. Best eaten hot with tea or coffee. Kids and adults love Onion Pakora or Ullivada alike. Enjoy this delicious slightly crispy and soft snack.
