Who doesn’t love a good milkshake? I have prepared a milkshake with a combination of kiwi, banana and berries -(strawberry, blackberry, raspberry) all frozen. It was delicious and filling. The best part was that I didn’t have to feel guilty about drinking “junk” juice. 🙂 If this milkshake is too thick consistency for your taste add some water. Give this Healthy drink a go.
Kiwi – 1
Banana – 1 frozen (1hr in freezer)
Berry Combo – strawberry, raspberry, blackberry frozen – 3/4cup
Milk – 1 cup
Honey – 4 Tbsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2tsp
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until it has a smooth consistency.
